Getting the home ready

Please clear all surfaces so our team can clean. Toys, clothing, or items left on the floor will not be moved.

If you'd like us to organize as well, that changes the price, so just tell us in advance and we'll quote it.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We know plans change. Please give us 24 to 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. There is no charge when you tell us within that window.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $30 fee.

If we need to reschedule you, we will let you know as early as possible and give you first choice of the next available date.

How pricing works

All prices are base prices for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Final pricing may vary based on the size and condition of the home.

We bring all cleaning products and equipment. You do not need to supply anything.

If it isn't right, we make it right.

Cleaning is personal, and preferences differ house to house. If something falls short, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the area at no cost, with no debate and no paperwork.

Answers before you book.

Regular cleaning is $150, deep cleaning $300, and move-out cleaning $400. Each is the base price for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with all products and equipment included, and it is a guide rather than a minimum: we confirm the price once we have seen the home, so a smaller or tidier one can come in under it and a larger one, or one that needs more work, over it. You get the number before we start.

A regular clean is maintenance: a faster, lighter pass across the whole house that keeps a home that is already in good shape looking that way. A deep clean is the reset. It goes after the things routine cleaning is not built to reach, including the oven, grease behind the range, cabinet exteriors, walls, blinds, and the range hood vent. Because of that, we recommend starting with one deep clean and moving to a regular schedule afterward. Skipping straight to regular cleaning on a home we have never touched means the built-up work never gets done, and the result will be tidy rather than spotless.

Not as part of a cleaning. Dishes are not included in regular, deep, or move-out cleaning, so nobody pays for them who didn't ask. If you'd like them done, add dishwashing to your booking for $40 and we'll take care of them while we're there.

Yes. Our team arrives with every product and every piece of equipment, and it's already in the price, so you don't buy anything. If you'd prefer we use something specific from your own cabinet, just leave it out and let us know.

We do. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly housekeeping schedules are all available with no long-term contract, so you can pause or change your schedule whenever life shifts. The price is per visit, so the frequency you choose doesn't change what each cleaning costs. For a home we haven't cleaned before, we'll usually suggest one deep clean first, then the regular schedule after it.
